SteamPunk Idea's

Since Steampunk is one of the few area's with little in, I think we should get some Idea's of what we would like it to be? A time Era, such as Victorian or modern? Maybe what weird contraptions could be used in this world and what places you would like to visit in this strange world?

What is steampunk?
For those who don't know what steampunk is, it's a modern or past invention (such as a watch, plane, goggles or house,etc..) which runs on steam instead of electricity, often using fire and pipes to work properly. Now-a-days people make these strange alteration to look nice, but in movies it's considered an actual invention; an alternative to an exsisting or new invention.

The goggle above is an alteration someone did to make it look like an olden engineer googles and the other image is of a famous Anime which uses steampunk as it's world's mode of transport, the castle does require heat to work and sprouts steam from its funnels.


So now that you know what steampunk is, get suggesting idea's of what you'd like and if you have the urge to create your own steampunk idea, then show and/or explain it to us and we might add it to this new world.
